Our sites can be hired for one-month periods, e.g. 7 March until 6 April.
You can hire a site up to 60 days before the start-date of the hire period and up to the end-date of the hire
period, so you can even hire the site on the special day itself if available - great for last-minute emergencies! Of course, if you hire some way through the hire period, the recipient and you will have less time to enjoy it.
Once hired, you design the page layout and contents using a very easy-to-use form.
It's really quick, so you can have the page available on-line in just a few minutes. All you need to do is:
- Type in a brief heading saying what you feel, e.g. You're just the best!
- Type in the recipient's name and your name
- Type in a message
- Select a picture for the page (either from our library or specify/upload your own)
- Select a style for the page.
If you'd like to see the different styles available, you can select one of the styles in the drop-down menu and press the See Test Page In This Style button. A mock page for just-testing..com will be displayed in a new window. Just close the window afterwards.
On or before the special day, just email a link to the site to the recipient. You know they'll be thrilled to see a web site with such a name devoted to them. And, as it's publicly available, you or the recipient can also send the link to others, so that they can see what you feel.
Key features include:
- Each page includes a picture and a message, with a choice of layout styles.
- If you wish, you can upload one of your digital photos to be the picture on the page; alternatively, you can link to a photo already on the web, or use one from our library.
- You can keep coming back, before and during the hire period, to update your page (you'll define your own password). So, it's a dynamic page - you can change the message, picture/photo or layout and keep surprising the recipient.
- The page displayed to the user at a given time is based on the local PC's clock. So, the recipient can see the page throughout the hire period - no matter what time zone they're in.
In addition, your name and the name of the recipient(s) will be added into the Roll of Honour associated with that site - a publicly accessible listing of those who have hired the site - so that there is also a record of your feelings that will last for an indefinite period.
